About the Role
We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to manage our digital presence and produce engaging content. The ideal candidate should be strong in design and video editing, with the ability to create Arabic content for various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow the company’s social media accounts
- Create high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics)
- Shoot and edit videos for promotional and marketing purposes
- Produce visually appealing designs for digital campaigns
- Plan monthly content calendars and propose new content ideas
- Monitor insights, analytics, and engagement to optimize performance
- Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns and promotions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, Designer, or Video Editor
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
- Ability to create Arabic content (written & spoken) – required
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage
