Job Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Support daily sales coordination activities with clients and the internal team
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in generating new leads
• Track social media performance and suggest improvements
• Assist in marketing campaigns and brand awareness activities

Requirements:

• Experience in coordinator/administrative role.
• Previous experience in social media management and/or sales in the UAE (Dubai industry experience is a strong advantage)
• Knowledge in Basic accounting and Microsoft Office system is a MUST
• Knowledge in different Social Media platform (such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc) is a MUST
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently
• Freshers with strong social media skills are welcome to apply
• Valid UAE driver's license is an advantage
