Social Media Specialist – Dubai Real Estate

We are a fast-growing Dubai real estate company looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with experience in the UAE property market.

The ideal candidate understands Dubai real estate trends, knows how to generate leads through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and can create engaging content that converts viewers into buyers.

This role focuses heavily on content creation, video strategy, and paid lead generation campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn accounts
• Create engaging real estate content (Reels, property tours, market updates, hooks)
• Film & edit property videos and agent branding content
• Run Meta & TikTok paid ads for lead generation
• Generate qualified buyer & seller leads
• Develop monthly content calendar
• Monitor analytics and improve performance
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
