Social Media Specialist - Female

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Female Social Media Specialist to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and drive brand growth across digital platforms. The candidate should be passionate about social media trends, have strong communication skills, and be able to deliver impactful campaigns that connect with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies in line with business goals.
• Create, design, and post engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short videos).
• Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries while maintaining brand voice.
• Plan and run paid promotions to enhance reach and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for creative campaigns and events.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and competitors.

Requirements & Skills:

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in managing social media platforms.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar design platforms.
• Basic knowledge of video editing (for reels/shorts) is an added advantage.
• Ability to think creatively, work independently, and multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
