SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST (FLUENT PORTUGUESE & ENGLISH)

We are looking for a creative, organized, fast-paced, and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team in Massachusetts.

If you understand social media, content creation, short-form videos, trends, and how to capture attention online, we want to talk to you.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must speak fluent Portuguese
• Must speak fluent English
• Must live in Massachusetts
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• In-person / hybrid position depending on the role

Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and post content for social media platforms
• Work with Instagram, Facebook (Meta), TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X
• Upload videos, organize content, and manage posting schedules
• Help create strategies for organic growth and engagement
• Participate in content shoots and video production when needed
• Work closely with the marketing and branding team
• Stay updated on trends, hooks, and content formats that generate attention and engagement

• Experience with content creation and short-form video editing

• Interest in AI, automation, and modern marketing tools

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, or AI tools
• Experience filming and producing content
• Strong portfolio of social media accounts or video work
• Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, automation, and idea generation
• Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or advanced AI workflows
• Experience with AI agents, automations, or prompt engineering
• Advanced knowledge of Claude Code or AI-assisted content and marketing workflows is a major plus

Compensation:

Starting at $21 to $40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
