About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Ads Specialist with hands-on expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment, with a proven track record of running lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to achieve performance goals (lead generation, conversions, and sales).
• Develop audience strategies, ad creatives, and landing page funnels for both lead-gen and e-commerce business models.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and ad placements.
• Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to ensure ad campaigns align with brand goals and messaging.
• Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize results.
• Stay updated on Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital advertising trends.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Digital agency experience is a must.
• Proven success in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and Conversion API.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Delhi-based candidates are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
