Social Media Specialist Operations(Chinese & English speaker)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative Content Creator / Social Media Specialist with 3–4 years of experience to manage and grow our presence across major social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in content creation, video editing, and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and publish content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create high-quality content including posts, videos, reels, and scripts
• Monitor performance using analytics tools and optimize content accordingly
• Engage with the online community and respond to audience interactions
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams
• Manage and guide the social media/content team

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in content creation or social media management
• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and tools
• Skills in video editing, content ideation, and scriptwriting
• Mandarin (Chinese) speaking preferred
• Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
