Social Media Specialist (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Activitea Coffee is hiring a Part-Time Social Media & Content Creator to manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. This role focuses on content creation, short-form video (Reels/TikTok), and local brand marketing to drive customer engagement and in-store traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content (Instagram posts, Reels, TikTok videos)
• Capture photo and video content in-store and at farmers markets / events
• Develop engaging short-form video content and trending posts
• Manage social media accounts, including comments and DMs
• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and seasonal marketing
• Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team to promote new drinks, specials, and events

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management or content creation
• Strong skills in Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video editing
• Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar
• Creative eye for branding, photography, and videography
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work on-site occasionally for content capture

Preferred

• Experience in food & beverage, coffee shop, or retail marketing
• Knowledge of local marketing, small business branding, or influencer content

Compensation & Schedule

• Part-time, flexible hours(8–15 hours/week)
• Some weekend availability for farmers markets and events
• Performance bonus available
