We are looking for a creative Videographer & Social media executive with strong video editing skills and social median handling skills . The ideal candidate can plan, shoot, and edit high-quality visual and create/write good content for videos.
Key Responsibilities for Video Editing:
- Capture professional-quality videos and photos for real estate projects.
- Edit videos with captions, music, graphics, and branding for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Must be skilled in video editing and proficient in AI-based editing tools.
- Create engaging content ideas and plan what the next video should be based on trends and project needs.
- Maintain and manage all camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Collaborate with clients and team members, ensuring feedback and approvals are managed smoothly.
Key Responsibilities for Social media executive:
- Create visual concepts and designs for digital and print media.
- Design and edit brochures, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase followers, leads, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand strategy and promotions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate content creation.
- Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.) and know how to use AI tools for editing videos.
- Good experience of Graphic designing, know how to use (Canva, Adobe, and other tools for brochures).
- Proficiency in photography, videography, lighting, and composition.
