Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Specialist who can manage end-to-end social media campaigns while also contributing to on-page and off-page SEO efforts. The ideal candidate understands content strategy, analytics, and how to grow a brand’s digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Plan and schedule content calendars with targeted campaigns.
- Create performance-driven social media plans to increase engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
- Perform basic on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, keyword optimization).
- Assist in link building and off-page SEO activities.
- Monitor analytics (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Instagram Insights) and optimise content for better reach.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creative assets.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads / TikTok Ads preferred).
- Stay updated with the latest algorithms, tools, and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing and basic/intermediate SEO.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools and content optimization.
