We are seeking a Social Media Strategist with a strong background in digital strategy and design to join our growing team.

Position Overview
The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for leading and executing digital strategies across multiple platforms. This role blends creative design, audience engagement, and strategic planning to help our clients grow their presence, strengthen brand voice, and achieve measurable results.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and manage content calendars that align with client goals and campaign initiatives.
  • Oversee and produce visually compelling digital design assets (graphics, reels, stories, carousels, etc.) that are brand-aligned and trend-savvy.
  • Monitor engagement, track analytics, and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Build authentic community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and creating interactive campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure messaging consistency across PR, media, and events.
  • Stay current with social trends, tools, and platform updates to keep strategies innovative and competitive.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in social media strategy, management, and digital design (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
  • Proven success in growing engagement, reach, and brand visibility across multiple social platforms.
  • Experience analyzing metrics and generating performance reports to guide decision-making.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects with creativity, speed, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
