Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to lead and execute content strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and capable of building strong digital brand presence through well-planned content calendars, campaigns, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Plan monthly/weekly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Manage daily posting, engagement, and platform-specific optimization.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify trends to improve content performance.
- Work with influencers, creators, and internal teams for collaborations and campaigns.
- Optimize strategies based on analytics and audience insights.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all social platforms.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience as a Social Media Strategist, Content Strategist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform trends.
- Knowledge of content planning, storytelling, and audience engagement methods.
- Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts).
- Experience with influencer management.
- Understanding of paid ads (Meta & Google).
- Ability to write engaging captions and scripts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
