We’re building a grassroots creative team to help launch a new book, expand the 1M Manifesto Movement, and create content that reaches leaders, entrepreneurs, and families around the world.
This role offers the opportunity to lead the social media strategy behind a live book launch, a 5M+ subscriber YouTube platform, and a service business working with some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

Own and lead the digital strategy behind the movement’s social media presence

Develop cross-platform content strategy for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms

Build and manage content roadmaps aligned with book launch and growth goals

Write and refine captions aligned with the John Fairclough voice and brand

Identify emerging trends, creators, partnerships, and outreach opportunities

Direct short-form content concepts designed for reach, saves, and shares

Oversee content planning and maintain a strategic content calendar

Support the grassroots launch team and lead digital engagement during key campaigns

Analyze content performance and translate insights into growth strategies

Ability to plan and manage a content calendar aligned with strategic goals

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategy

Comfortable collaborating with creators, marketing teams, and leadership in a fast-paced creative environment
