Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, increase audience engagement, generate leads, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning content strategies, analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual social media plans.
  • Identify target audiences and create platform-specific engagement strategies.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging social media opportunities.
  • Content Planning & Management
  • Develop content calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Oversee content publishing across all social media channels.
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns.
  • Support product launches, promotional activities, and brand-building initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs and social media performance metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze audience behavior and engagement trends.
  • Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Community Engagement
  • Develop strategies to grow and engage online communities.
  • Monitor brand mentions and audience feedback.
  • Coordinate with customer service and sales teams regarding social media inquiries.
  • Maintain a positive and professional brand image across all platforms.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content strategy.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
