About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to lead and execute engaging social media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, creating high-quality content, and driving audience engagement while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement.
• Create compelling content (text, graphics, video) tailored for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Plan and schedule content calendars in alignment with campaigns, promotions, and industry trends.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Engage with the community, respond to comments, and build relationships with followers.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Run paid campaigns and assist with influencer collaborations to expand reach.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy and content creation.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and audience behavior.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in running paid social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and influencer marketing strategies.
• Portfolio of successful social media campaigns or content pieces.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
