We’re Hiring: Social Media Strategist (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who can manage client social media accounts end-to-end, lead the content team, and ensure high-quality, strategy-driven execution that delivers real results for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that social media is about positioning, storytelling, and growth, not just posting content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute platform-specific Social Media Strategies for client brands
• Translate brand goals into clear Content Direction and Campaigns
• Create Clear briefs and Content Guidelines for Execution
• Ensure client satisfaction, clear communication, and timely delivery
• Lead and coordinate with Designers, Video editors, and Copywriters
• Review content for Quality, Consistency, and Strategic Alignment
• Maintain timelines and smooth internal workflows
• Build monthly content calendars (posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos)
• Guide captions, hooks, CTAs, and Storytelling a]Angles (Important)
• Ensure content aligns with platform trends and audience behavior
• Analyze engagement and performance insights
• Optimize content strategies based on data and feedback
• Continuously improve content quality and results

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist / Social Media Manager
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
• Experience handling multiple client accounts
• Ability to lead and review creative teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strategic mindset with creative judgment

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Content Strategies and Social Media Mangement
• Experience with e-commerce or service-based brands
• Hop on Trends and Ideas Quickly
• Understanding of content funnels and conversions
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Notion, Trello, ClickUp
