Social Media Strategy Manager

We're a stealth women's wellness startup building on a premise we genuinely believe in: women's bodies are cyclical, and nutrition, movement, and mindset all perform better when they're aligned with that cycle. We're pre-launch, working toward a full public release, and looking for a strategic content lead to help shape how we show up in the world.

This is a ground-floor role with real ownership. The person who takes it will have a direct hand in building our voice, our content strategy, and our community — from scratch.

The Role

The Social Media Lead owns our Instagram strategy and content calendar, making sure every post is purposeful, on-brand, and working toward building an audience we actually own. You'll also write and manage the creator briefs that power our TikTok discovery engine — directing a network of UGC creators who bring our thesis to life in their own voice.

You'll research, build, and own a bi-weekly educational content series — producing content that's clinically grounded and editorially sharp. You're the strategic and creative lead first — but if you're someone who also loves being on camera, that's a huge bonus. We'd love that.

• Own our Instagram strategy, content calendar, and community management
• Write and manage creator briefs for our TikTok UGC creator network
• Research and produce an ongoing bi-weekly educational content series
• Build and maintain a 30+ post evergreen content bank
• Track performance across channels and make smart calls about what to scale
• Support content production at LA-based brand activations and events

Who We're Looking For

You have a genuine interest in women's health — hormone health, nutrition science, holistic wellness — and the intellectual curiosity to actually go deep on the material, not just communicate it. You understand that the research gap in women's health is real, and you're motivated by work that starts to close it.

You believe in sustainable wellness over all-or-nothing thinking. You get the woman who takes her training seriously and knows when to rest — and you can speak to both sides of that with equal conviction.

You're a strong strategic thinker and a sharper writer. You know how to build a content calendar that serves a business goal, manage external creators with clear creative direction, and hold a consistent brand voice across every format.

And this part matters: this role is for someone who wants to build something, not execute a playbook that already exists. If you're looking for a role where the strategy is handed to you, this probably isn't it.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated fluency in Instagram — strategy, content formats, and how the platform actually works
• Strong working knowledge of TikTok, including what performs natively and how to brief creators effectively
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce copy that's warm, authoritative, and on-brand
• Experience in a health, wellness, or consumer brand content role
• Genuine interest in or knowledge of women's health, hormone health, nutrition, and holistic wellness
• Highly organized and self-directed — you can manage a content calendar and creator relationships without hand-holding
• Meta ads experience is a plus; YouTube Shorts and Pinterest experience is also welcome
