Social Media Supervisor

YS Lootah Tech is looking for a Social Media Supervisor to lead our content, manage social platforms, and grow our digital presence across the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Manage posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Oversee content creation (posts, reels, videos, captions).
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and the internal marketing team.
• Handle community management: comments, messages, and online reputation.
• Support paid ads campaigns.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of social media management experience.
• Strong understanding of UAE trends and digital marketing.
• Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
