Job Title: SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT

Social Media Support Job Purpose: Combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue. Works with social media team members to create innovative social media campaigns.

Social Media Marketing Job Duties:

- Promoting the Ansar Smile application to the customers.

- Assisting costumers for downloading Ansar Smile application.

- Explaining the reward program point of the Ansar Smile application.

- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels

- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Researches and monitors activity of company competitors.

- Undertake audience research.

- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.

- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.

- Follow ups targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

- Manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants.

- Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within your company (in-house roles).

Pay: AED2,000.00 per hour
