We are seeking a creative and organised Social Media Support Assistant to join our team at GCGC BIZ LLC. This is a full-time position based in Louisiana, United States. GCGC BIZ is a full-service design-build and construction company specialising in residential and commercial projects. From concept and architectural planning to construction and interior design, we deliver comprehensive project management with a focus on quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts, helping to showcase our exceptional projects and build our brand's online presence across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, creation, and scheduling of engaging content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor all social media platforms for comments, messages, and enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with our project and design teams to gather visual content, such as photos and videos of ongoing and completed projects.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital platforms in line with company guidelines.
• Engage with our online community, fostering positive relationships with clients, partners, and industry followers.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics to help refine our strategy.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media and the design-build industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a social media, marketing, or administrative support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English and exceptional attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A creative mindset with a genuine interest in architecture, interior design, or construction.
• Proficiency with standard office software.
• Experience with content creation tools like Canva or social media scheduling platforms is considered a plus.
