Role Description

We are seeking Social Media Technical Support professionals who are fluent in English for a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves addressing and resolving technical issues related to social media, assisting clients with troubleshooting, and providing expert guidance on platform functionalities. Additionally, the candidate will ensure customer satisfaction through accurate communication and support on social media platforms.
