Job Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Create, plan, and post engaging content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.

Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).

Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries on social platforms in a professional manner.

Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with social media trends.

Telecommunication & Support

Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

Manage customer queries and provide timely assistance via phone and social media.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Maintain call records, notes, and follow-up schedules.

Assist with email communication and support where required.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma holder (any field).

Prior experience in social media management and customer communication is preferred.

Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Comfortable working with social platforms and analytics tools.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
