The Overview:
We are a scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce brand in the health, wellness, and weight-loss space. We are seeking a highly organized Social Media & UGC Manager to build and manage a robust "creator engine" and oversee our organic social operations.
Our goal is not to buy one-off influencer videos. We are looking for an operational leader to source, onboard, train, and retain a core roster of high-performing creators on long-term contracts, while ensuring our daily organic social presence is flawless.

Role & Deliverables:
- Creator Sourcing & Outreach: Actively prospect and pitch micro-creators on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Insense who authentically document their health and weight-loss journeys.
- Roster Management & "HR": Negotiate retainer and affiliate contracts. Transition one-off transactions into a retained roster of 20 to 50+ consistent creators.
- Creative Direction & Coaching: Act as a director for your creator roster. Review raw video submissions, provide constructive feedback on hooks and pacing via Loom, and train creators on direct-response marketing principles.
- Asset Pipeline Management: Maintain flawless CRM hygiene (Notion/Google Sheets) to track deliverables and organize Google Drive folders so our media buying team has instant access to approved assets.
- Organic Social Administration: Create, schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Actively manage the community by responding to all DMs and comments within a 24-hour window.
Requirements:
- Proven professional background in Influencer Marketing, UGC Management, or Social Media Management within the e-commerce health, wellness, or beauty niches.
- Exceptional understanding of direct-response video frameworks. You must know exactly what makes a video convert (scroll-stopping hooks, pacing, visual storytelling, and clear CTAs).
- Strong operational discipline. You must be highly proficient in managing complex CRMs, tracking affiliate links, and maintaining digital asset pipelines.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills. You must be comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback to external creators to improve their content quality.
- Deep empathy and understanding of our core demographic (US-based women, 45+ navigating health and weight-loss journeys) to ensure all brand communications and creator sourcing are highly authentic.
