About the Role

We are hiring a male Social Media & Video Specialist to own our content workflow and build our brand's authority. Your mission is to take our innovative IT services and communicate their value through clear, high-impact video. This role is built for a skilled technical creator who has mastered Adobe Premiere Pro and possesses a strategic understanding of multi-platform social media management (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc..). You will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle: from production and editing to distribution, community engagement, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Content Creation: Film, edit, and produce a high volume of engaging short and long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube content) using Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute a content calendar, schedule posts, and manage our daily presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Community Engagement: Act as the brand's voice by responding to all comments and DMs, actively engaging with followers, and running interactive stories to boost engagement.
  • Graphic Design: Design clean, on-brand graphics, stories, and infographics using tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Copywriting: Write clever, compelling, and error-free captions that match our brand's voice.
  • Growth & Reporting: Implement organic growth strategies and track key analytics (engagement, follower growth, reach) to optimize content performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Required (Must-Haves):

  • Expert-level video editing skills, specifically with Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • A strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your video editing and social media management work.
  • Proven, hands-on experience managing and growing professional social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Excellent English copywriting and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc… ).
  • Deep understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, schedule, and analyze content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) using professional management dashboards.
  • A creative mindset with a proactive, "get-it-done" attitude and a sharp eye for detail.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • A strong interest in or understanding of technology, IT services, or device repair.
  • Experience tailoring content strategies for diverse international audiences (e.g., US, EU, UAE).
  • Knowledge of basic SEO principles.
