Social Media Video Creator

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Social Media Video Creator to develop engaging video content across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. This role is ideal for someone who understands trends, storytelling, and how to create content that captures attention and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish high-quality video content for social media platforms
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for short-form and long-form videos
• Stay up to date with social media trends, sounds, and viral content strategies
• Optimize videos for platform-specific performance (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, etc.)
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align content with business goals
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly
• Manage posting schedules and ensure consistent content delivery
• Capture video footage (if applicable) using mobile or professional equipment

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating engaging video content for social media
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with content planning and scheduling tools is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of branding and marketing principles
• Experience with YouTube SEO and content optimization
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio)
