Salary: 3,000 AED + 2,000 AED commission per closed deal generated from their content

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven content creator to build and manage the personal brand of a real estate investment consultant in Dubai.

This is not just a posting role — this position requires someone who understands content strategy, audience growth, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas aligned with real estate investment topics.
• Write strong and engaging Arabic scripts for short-form videos.
• Film professional video content using available equipment.
• Edit high-quality Reels and short-form videos optimized for social media.
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.
• Generate qualified leads through organic content and paid ads.
• Monitor performance and improve content strategy based on results.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Strong video editing skills.
• Proven experience in short-form content creation.
• Understanding of social media algorithms and growth tactics.
• Performance-driven mindset with focus on results.
• Experience in real estate content is a plus.
