Social Media & Video Intern (Paid Opportunity)

This paid internship offers a truly unique opportunity to develop hands-on experience inside a prominent New York City recording studio. You will play a vital role in capturing artists in their creative process, producing compellingcontent for social media and brand campaigns, and gaining direct access to the New York music industry.

The position requires an average of 5–6 hours per week, with the majority of that time spent on-site at the Green House Records NYC studio creating content alongside artists and the team.

D U T I E S

- Film and document recording sessions at Green House Records NYC, capturing artists throughout their creative process from tracking vocals to final mix

- Produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

- Attend and film exclusive concerts, showcases, and private industry events as a VIP content creator

- Edit raw footage into polished deliverables including music video cuts, mini-documentaries, behind-the-scenes reels, and promotional brand assets

- Collaborate with The Real Fronto team to produce lifestyle and product-focused content that authentically connects the brand with music culture

- Cover music industry networking events, artist meetings, and professional gatherings to document key moments

R E Q U I R E M E N T S

- Hands-on experience operating a camera. Comfortable shooting in low-light, fast-paced studio and live event environments

- Genuine passion for hip-hop, R&B, and New York music culture — you understand the aesthetic, language, and energy of the scene

- Ability to work professionally and discreetly around high-profile talent, with a team-first mindset

- Strong time management and communication skills with the ability to meet creative deadlines
