Social Media Virtual Assistant

About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our clients’ online presence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation, stays on top of social media trends, and understands how to turn engagement into meaningful results.

You will work closely with clients and internal team members to ensure a consistent, engaging, and brand-aligned presence across multiple social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more
• Design basic graphics and creatives using tools like Canva
• Write compelling captions with relevant hashtags and clear calls-to-action
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
• Monitor trends and proactively suggest content ideas and growth strategies
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (engagement, reach, growth, etc.)
• Repurpose long-form content into social-ready formats (reels, carousels, quote posts, etc.)
• Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure consistency in posting and brand voice
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for approvals, updates, and feedback

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or clients
• Excellent written English with a strong understanding of platform-specific tones
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Adobe tools
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Availability to work during U.S. night hours

Nice to Have

• Basic video editing skills (Reels, TikToks, short-form video)
• Knowledge of paid ads, boosting posts, and audience targeting
• Experience with influencer outreach or online community building

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
