Social Media Volunteer

Overview
We are seeking a Social Media volunteer to join our team. We're looking for someone with strong experience in design skills, able to create visually engaging posts for our various channels. This is a good opportunity to build your experience of social media and create content you can use in your portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
• Utilise design tools like Canva to create engaging content for our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to keep the brand relevant.
• Assist in managing public relations efforts by crafting press releases and coordinating outreach initiatives.

Experience

• Familiarity and proficiency of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics is advantageous.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
