Social MediaManager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in professional photoshoots, content creation, editing, and managing multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and high engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Coordinate and conduct professional photoshoots and videography for products, events, or campaigns.
• Edit images, videos, and graphics to maintain a polished and cohesive brand aesthetic.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms using social media management tools.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity to optimize content strategy.
• Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align social media campaigns with business objectives.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to track growth and engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Experience in professional photoshoots and content production.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
