Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Manager & Operations Coordinator to oversee digital marketing activities while supporting daily operations for our real estate and rent-a-car businesses. The ideal candidate should have strong social media expertise, customer communication skills, and the ability to manage operational tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
  • Design and post property listings, car promotions, reels, stories, and advertisements
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and promptly
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and marketing agencies when required
  • Run paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance

Operations Management

  • Coordinate daily operations for real estate and rent-a-car activities
  • Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
  • Maintain records of clients, contracts, vehicles, and property listings
  • Assist with tenancy contracts, vehicle rental agreements, and document processing
  • Coordinate with drivers, agents, maintenance teams, and suppliers
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and clients
  • Monitor inventory, vehicle schedules, renewals, and operational deadlines
  • Support management with administrative and operational reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and business operations
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and digital marketing tools
  • Experience in real estate or rent-a-car industry is preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or content creation apps is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media management, operations, or administrative coordination
  • Experience handling customer-facing roles in real estate, automotive, hospitality, or related industries preferred
  • Proven track record in managing social media growth and operational efficiency

Preferred Skills

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities
  • Understanding of UAE market trends and customer behavior
  • Basic photography/video editing skills preferred
