Social Science Teacher(Grade 8 & 9)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Social Science Teacher to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging social studies curriculum to students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive social studies curriculum that aligns with Samacheer Kalvi syllabus.
• Create lesson plans, materials, and activities that cater to diverse student needs.
• Deliver interactive lessons, fostering critical thinking and student participation.
• Assess students' understanding through formative and summative assessments.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate records of student performance.
• Support students with individual learning needs and encourage their involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, attend professional development workshops, and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education, social studies, or related field (B.Ed degree preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social studies content and curriculum standards.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
• Proficiency in integrating technology and multimedia resources.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
