Social Security Disability Intake Representative

HIRING IN NC, NM, FL and NY.

Fast past social security disability advocacy company seeking intake representatives to handle incoming calls from individuals seeking Social Security Disability and/or Supplemental Security Income benefits. You will field inquiries and screen callers for SSDI/SSI eligibility. The work is remote. Working in a collaborative and engaging remote environment, you will communicate with people from all walks of life experiencing impairments that prevent them from working and seeking our assistance to obtain disability benefits. Candidates will also develop cases for presentation by attorneys before administrative law judges.

Candidate must be dependable, have a positive attitude and communicate effectively. Knowledge of basic computer skills and data entry is a MUST. CRM knowledge is a plus, preferably Salesforce. Spanish speaking preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
