Social Service Worker (All-Levels)

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs related to behavioral health, child welfare, addiction, and other social issues
• Develop personalized care plans that incorporate crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, and behavioral health strategies
• Refers to services such as addiction counseling, crisis management, mental health support, etc.
• Coordinate with community agencies to facilitate access to resources like childcare, housing assistance, and healthcare services
• Document all client interactions thoroughly while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal standards

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in social work, psychology, or a field related to human behavior
• Valid Texas Driver's License
