Social Services: (Case Manager/Social Worker)-Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager/Social Worker-Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assessing housing data, analysing market trends, and supporting organizational housing initiatives. Essential duties for the Project-Based Voucher program:

• Review applications and determine eligibility for rental assistance programs
• Calculate income to determine rental portion for program participants
• Review leases and execute contracts with property owners
• Review and process Annual Reexaminations for program participants
• Manage intake logs
• Assist with walk-in lobby visits
• Assist with responding to general program emails

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for preparing reports and liaising with stakeholders.
