Social Studies Teacher

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Social Studies lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Use activity-based learning methods such as role plays, debates, projects, and simulations to make lessons interactive and meaningful.
• Encourage critical thinking, discussion, and inquiry-based learning to help students understand concepts.
• Integrate maps, charts, multimedia presentations, and educational games to enhance classroom experiences.
• Organize field trips, exhibitions, and classroom activities that connect textbook knowledge with real-world understanding.
• Foster an appreciation for history, geography, civics, and culture among students.
• Maintain records of students’ progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and projects.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, teamwork, and curiosity.
• Collaborate with other teachers to plan interdisciplinary activities and school events.
• Continuously update subject knowledge and incorporate current affairs into lessons to make learning relevant and up to date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
