Social Studies Teacher

Job Summary

KMC School is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Social Studies Teacher to educate students in subjects such as History, Geography, Civics, and Economics. The teacher will help students develop critical thinking, awareness of society, and understanding of national and global issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Social Studies lessons as per the school curriculum.
• Teach subjects including History, Geography, Civics, and Economics based on grade level.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, and question papers.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance.
• Encourage discussions, debates, and project-based learning.
• Promote awareness of civic responsibilities and cultural values.
• Use maps, charts, and digital tools to enhance learning.
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
• Prepare students for internal and board examinations.
• Maintain accurate academic records and attend school meetings and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
