Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Social Science Teacher with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills to teach CBSE Grade 9 and 10 students. The ideal candidate must be capable of delivering engaging lessons, ensuring conceptual clarity, and supporting students' academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Social Science subjects (History, Civics, Geography, and Economics) for Grades 9 & 10 as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare and deliver well-structured, interactive, and concept-based lessons.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in alignment with CBSE standards.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
• Assist students in developing critical thinking, analytical skills, and strong foundational knowledge.
• Coordinate with parents regarding student progress when required.
• Participate in academic planning, workshops, school events, and departmental activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and academic records.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Ed is mandatory (specialization in Social Science preferred).
• Prior experience teaching CBSE Grades 9 & 10 is essential.
• Strong command over English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to use digital tools, smart classes, and technology-based teaching aids.
• Good classroom management skills and a student-friendly approach.
• Passion for teaching and continuous professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
