Temporary part-time position

Mountain Ridge Hospice provides end-of-life care for our patients and their loved ones. We work with patients and their families to provide comfort while preserving their dignity in the face of terminal illness.

We are looking for a temporary part-time MSW who will be part of IDG. The primary responsibilities are to provide direct services to patients and their families by giving resources, evaluating coping and psychosocial assessments, communicating with patients, families and Case Manager, and counseling patient and families through their acceptance of the dying process. We service patients within 1 hour of the office which is in Colorado Springs.
