Responsibilities
Conduct psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, or groups.
Develop and implement individualized support and case plans.
Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support.
Connect clients with NGO programs and external services such as healthcare, shelter, legal aid, education, and livelihood support.
Maintain accurate case notes, reports, and confidential records.
Work closely with field staff, community leaders, service providers, and partner organizations.
Identify at-risk clients and support safeguarding and protection procedures.
Organize community outreach, awareness sessions, and referrals.
Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and program reporting.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in NGO, community work, case management, or social services.
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with vulnerable populations in a respectful, non-judgmental manner.
Good understanding of community resources and referral systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR30.00 - QAR55.00 per hour
