Marquette County Human Services is seeking a full-time Social Worker working with Children & Families to provide child welfare services, including assessments, abuse/neglect investigations, juvenile intake, and ongoing case management. This position works closely with families, schools, law enforcement, and community partners to ensure child safety and well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related Human Services field
• Experience working with children, youth, and families
• Valid WI driver’s license & insured transportation
• Ability to pass background checks
• Social work certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Provide intake and ongoing case management
• Prepare reports, safety assessments, and court documents
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Collaborate with community agencies and provide referrals
