Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, monitor campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to optimize reach and ROI.
  • Collaborate with public relations teams to craft press releases, manage media relations, and enhance brand reputation.
  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility across digital channels.
  • Track web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and tone consistency before publication.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by creating engaging product descriptions and promotional content that drive conversions.Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software for content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency across all digital assets.
  • Experience in public relations activities including relationship management with media outlets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content.
  • Basic photography skills for creating original visual content; experience with video editing is a plus.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital advertising strategies including Facebook Advertising campaigns.
