Sociology Tutor Required -A level - Cambridge Curriculum

We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Sociology tutor to support students preparing for A Level examinations. The role involves guiding learners through advanced sociological theories and contemporary social issues while helping them develop strong analytical and essay-writing skills.

The tutor will cover key areas such as socialisation, education, family, crime and deviance, and research methods. A key part of the role is enabling students to critically evaluate sociological perspectives and construct well-structured, evidence-based arguments.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of A Level Sociology syllabus
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred
• Ability to support critical thinking and academic writing
• Comfortable delivering lessons online and/or in person
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Part-time role with flexible scheduling.
