About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our soft services operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, lead a dedicated team, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all soft services operations, including housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, janitorial services, and waste management.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure service excellence and efficiency.
- Manage, train, and supervise a team of soft services staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain service quality standards, monitoring performance through KPIs and regular audits.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for soft services operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing soft services or facilities management operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant facilities management software.
