About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Soft Services Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our soft services operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, lead a dedicated team, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all soft services operations, including housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, janitorial services, and waste management.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure service excellence and efficiency.
  • Manage, train, and supervise a team of soft services staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain service quality standards, monitoring performance through KPIs and regular audits.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for soft services operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing soft services or facilities management operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant facilities management software.
