Soft service manager

Certification in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Housekeeping is preferred.

• Professional training in soft services management, health & hygiene standards.

• HSE awareness or related safety certification is desirable.

• UAE driving license is beneficial.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in soft services or facilities management, with at

least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

• Proven experience managing soft services operations within corporate or

engineering office environments, preferably in the UAE.

• Strong background in managing service providers, contracts, and in-house teams.

• Demonstrated experience in operational planning, service optimization, and

stakeholder management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
