We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Soft Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing soft service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day soft services operations, including housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and support services.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and health & safety regulations.
- Supervise and lead operational teams to maintain excellent service quality.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Coordinate with clients and address operational concerns promptly.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and operational plans.
- Manage budgets, materials, and manpower efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4* – 6 years of experience* in soft services or facilities management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards.
- A valid Qatar Driving License will be an advantage.
