SOFT SERVICE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Soft Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing soft service operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day soft services operations, including housekeeping, cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, and support services.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and health & safety regulations.
  • Supervise and lead operational teams to maintain excellent service quality.
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
  • Coordinate with clients and address operational concerns promptly.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and operational plans.
  • Manage budgets, materials, and manpower efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 4* – 6 years of experience* in soft services or facilities management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards.
  • A valid Qatar Driving License will be an advantage.
