RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Staff and contractor management: Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate the performance of cleaning staff, janitors, and other service providers.
  • Service quality and standards: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and other soft services are maintained to meet client expectations and comply with regulations.
  • Operations and scheduling: Coordinate and oversee daily soft service operations, including managing work schedules, resource allocation, and ensuring efficient use of supplies.
  • Health, safety, and compliance: Ensure all soft service activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and conduct regular inspections.
  • Client relations: Act as a liaison with clients to understand their needs, address complaints, and resolve service-related issues promptly.
  • Reporting and administration: Maintain accurate records of service activities, performance metrics, and incidents.
  • Inventory and budget management: Monitor inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment, manage operational budgets, and control costs.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and implement corrective actions as needed.
