Soft Services Cleaning - Operations Supervisor

Affordable Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and immediately available Soft Services Operation Supervisor to manage our cleaning, hygiene, and hospitality teams across various commercial and residential sites in the UAE.

Mandatory Requirements

• UAE Driving License: A valid UAE Driving License is MANDATORY for this position.
• Team Management: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing and supervising large teams within the soft services or facility management sector.
• Availability: Must be immediately available for employment.

Key Responsibilities

The Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and high-quality delivery of all contracted soft services across multiple sites.

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, schedule, and supervise soft service teams (Cleaners, Housekeepers, Office Boys/Girls) to ensure optimal deployment and performance.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure services (e.g., general cleaning, specialized floor care, pest control, waste management) meet contractual quality standards.
• Operations Management: Manage and monitor the inventory of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables, ensuring timely procurement and efficient usage.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary site contact for clients regarding soft services, addressing complaints and resolving operational issues swiftly and professionally.
• HSE Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols, including the safe handling of cleaning agents and machinery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a large Facility Management group in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and equipment operation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
