Soft Skill Trainer

Key Responsibilities: Conduct interactive training sessions on soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and professional etiquette. Develop training modules, lesson plans, and engaging activities tailored for students. Assess students’ performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress. Organize role-plays, group discussions, and presentations to build confidence. Collaborate with faculty and management to align training programs with academic objectives. Motivate students to apply soft skills in their academic and personal lives. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Psychology, Education, or related field.
