Soft Wash Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking an EXPERCIENCED dedicated and detail-oriented Soft Wash Technician to join our professional cleaning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and effectively applying soft wash techniques to residential and commercial exteriors, ensuring high-quality results. Responsibilities

• Operate soft wash equipment to clean building exteriors, roofs, decks, and other surfaces with precision and care
• Prepare cleaning solutions according to project specifications and safety standards
• Inspect surfaces prior to cleaning to identify areas requiring special attention or additional safety precautions
• Apply cleaning solutions using appropriate techniques, ensuring even coverage and optimal results
• Rinse surfaces thoroughly after cleaning to remove residues and prevent damage
• Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs as needed
• Follow safety protocols at all times, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project scope and progress
• Keep work areas clean and organized during and after job completion

Requirements

• Prior experience in exterior soft washing
• Ability to operate soft wash systems safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift equipment, and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to drive company vehicle may be required depending on the role
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
